Hello friends and family!
Thank you for all of your prayers. I was grateful for a wonderful Christmas break. This semester is starting off well. Here are my current prayer requests:
- Praise! I finished a huge amount of work for my Field Methods course over break, and in the first days of me being back in Canada. Please pray that I would be able to complete the last paper and a bit this week.
- Please pray that I would be able to gain some quick momentum with my two courses: Hebrew II and Discourse Analysis. Please pray that I would know how to be the best help I can as a teaching assistant for the Ethnography course. Praise: I got a lot of studying done today!
- My primary US bank just started charging me monthly account fees, and it is requiring a restructuring of my entire financial system to get back to a fee-free state. I am essentially switching banks while abroad. This is extra tricky because I only have just enough funds for the semester. Very tricky! Please pray that I would be able to take care of this quickly and gracefully. I am grateful to already have connections with another bank and credit union that will be of great help.
